My Approach:
My goal is that all my clients find the strength that is already within themselves to make the changes they desire. As a therapist, my background is in working with families and individuals to make positive changes since 2011. My hope in working with you is to provide everyone with a safe space where you can feel comfortable to prioritize your own personal values and beliefs.
I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss and parenting challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered and strength based. My practice includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, Parent-Child Care Treatment and Narrative Therapy techniques. I work with each individual by introducing them to the different techniques to find what works best for each person.
