Adam Abramson
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #14345)
My Approach:
"Everyone is on a unique journey seeking their path in life.”
Sometimes, we all require a compassionate passenger to help us navigate the winding roads toward self-improvement and well-being.
I bring a unique perspective to the field of mental health counseling. With a foundation in biological psychology and neurology, I am committed to understanding the intricate workings of the human mind and its impact on mental well-being.
With over 30+years of marital arts experience, I recognize the body can influence the mind and the mind to the body. By being mindful of self, people have the ability to adjust their physical health through mental well-being.
My approach recognizes that life can be inherently tough, and I support clients in building resilience to overcome these difficulties. With a belief in the impermanence of happiness drives me to empower clients with tools to better manage their emotions and expectations. I understand that people are trying to find their way through life, and I work to help individuals to find balance and create healthier relationships.
I am dedicated to guiding my clients on a journey toward improved mental health and self-discovery. Together, we can explore the complexities of the human mind and work towards lasting positive change.
